We combine plant-based glycerine soap with the oil of citrus aurantium dulcis (Florida type orange), oil of citrus medicia limonum (California type lemon) other essential oils, sulfur and salicylic acid to teat dermatitis or safely use in cases of frequent shampooing to help prevent dermatitis.  This mild formula reduces imflammation, helps resolve scaly buildup and does not leave skin dry or void of protective oils.
